Owners and small teams who are willing to describe their own work precisely and want to keep control. If you want work taken off your hands without learning how it runs, this is the wrong service.
How long does it take, and what do you need from me?
The first task usually runs within the first weeks; how far we go after that depends on how many tasks you bring. From you I need a few hours a week at the start, access to the tools the task touches, and a willingness to say out loud how you do things today.
What does it cost?
We talk. After the first call you get a number for a fixed first scope, not an hourly rate.
