Development
Small tools, automations, AI products and MCP servers, built to run on their own and handed over with the code.
What you get
- A working first version early, on your real data, so we know quickly whether the idea holds.
- Something that runs on its own: scheduled, logged, and telling you when it needs a person.
- The code, the setup notes and the accounts in your name, so nothing depends on me.
- A fixed scope per step, so you always know what comes next and what it costs.
How we start
We start with a call on what the thing has to do and what it must never do. Then I write a short scope for a first version, put a number on it, and we build from there.
Questions I get asked
Who is this for?
Founders, operators and teams with a clear piece of work in mind: a report that writes itself, a pipeline between two tools, an internal assistant, a product idea that needs a first version.
How long does it take, and what do you need from me?
A first version usually takes days to a few weeks, depending on how many systems it touches. From you I need access to those systems, real sample data, and one person who can answer questions quickly.
What does it cost?
We talk. After the first call you get a number for the first version. Later steps get their own number.
