Everflow

Partner and affiliate tracking platform that networks run on

My rating3.5

Verdict

Solid tracking you mostly meet from the partner side; the API is the part worth learning, the UI is the part you tolerate.

Pros

  • Clean conversion and payout data through the API
  • Postbacks and tracking links behave predictably
  • Reports by offer, sub ID and date without export gymnastics
  • Most affiliate networks I deal with already run on it

Cons

  • Pricing is a sales call, not a page
  • Partner-side UI is slow and dated
  • Every network configures it differently, so nothing is standard

Best forAffiliates and partner managers who live inside networks built on it and want the numbers in their own spreadsheet.

Everflow is the platform under a lot of affiliate networks. When a network sends you a login, an offer wall and a tracking link, odds are decent that the thing behind it is Everflow. So I rarely chose it; it chose me. What I did choose is to stop reading its reports by hand and pull them through the API instead.

How I use it

From the partner side, the job is simple: I need to know which clicks became conversions, what each conversion pays, and when it was approved. The dashboard shows that, one network at a time, with filters that reset whenever you blink. The API returns the same numbers as JSON, so a short script fetches yesterday's conversions and payouts from each network account and writes them into one sheet. Reading one sheet beats logging into four portals, and the numbers stop drifting because nobody retyped them.

The other half is postbacks. Everflow fires a server-side callback when a conversion happens, and my tracker catches it. Setting that up once per network is twenty minutes; after that attribution is a thing that happens rather than a thing I do.

What surprised me is how consistent the API is across networks. Different logins, different offers, same endpoints and the same response shape. That is the advantage of a shared platform that you do not get with every network running its own code.

What annoys me: there is no price on the website, and there will not be one. As a partner you do not pay, as a network you talk to sales and commit to six months. The partner interface is slow, looks like it was designed a decade ago, and every network has customised its labels and columns, so muscle memory from one account does not transfer.

Who it is for

Affiliates who work with several networks and want their reporting in one place, and partner managers who are choosing a tracking backbone for their own program. If you only have one network and check it weekly, the dashboard is enough. If you are the one running the program, compare it with Tune and sit through the sales call.
