Headcount Zero Ads is Google Ads management for businesses that spend between roughly one thousand and fifty thousand euros a month on search and want the account run by someone senior rather than passed down to a junior at an agency. Below that spend the page says so plainly: not a fit.
The weekly routine, search-term reviews, negative keywords, ad copy rotation and budget changes of at most twenty percent, is handled by a system. A senior signs every change and writes a one-page monthly report. The account stays in the client's name and is accessed through Google's manager link, so nothing is held hostage.
